I ate the best corn dog ever.

Hey Y'all! I hope everyone had the perfect weekend. Sometimes I feel like the weekend goes by entirely too fast, especially during a break. First my weekend started out with a run/workout. I knew I would be eating a little on the fatty side, so I definitely wanted to make sure I felt a little better about it.

I ran on the treadmill at a pretty glacial pace. I walked/ran/jogged for about an hour. I also did some ab work (boats to canoe), leg raises, squats, sumo squats, planks, and plank jacks for a full minute each exercise.

Oh I'll be ready for Monday's boot camp! We are doing measurements, I'll be sure to let you know what mine are, so I can stay more accountable. Dammit, another selfie. Well it was a good workout, just look at my face!

I went to the Charleston Riverdogs baseball game, it was great. I didn't even know they were a minor league of the New York Yankees! Not to mention Bill Murray likes to show up at these games... randomly. Anyways, I hope to catch a Bill Murray sighting this summer! Apparently, he has a house here in Charleston on one of the islands.

How can you stay inside on a day like this?!

This ladies and gentleman is a PIG ON A STICK. YES. A corndog wrapped in bacon. You have not lived until you've had this. MY GOODNESS, I was waiting for my heart to stop with every bite.

This corndog was so epic, it needed it's own picture. Don't worry it was around much longer to make a third debut.

Some how these summer sunsets will never get old to me. Just one of the most wonderful sights I love about Charleston, I really think this summer will be the best yet.

Another one of my proud supporters who love spending the weekend with me! Just look at that face of enthusiasm. He loves me.

The rest of the weekend was dedicated to reading The Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. What an amazing series of books. I can't wait to see how it ends. I also have a few other books I'd like to read before I have to start reading textbooks: The Book Thief, A Casual Vacancy, and reread the Harry Potter books. There really is nothing like re-reading a loved series.

Hope everyone had a fabulous Sunday!

Ps. May the Fourth be with you! (I had to.)
