Friday talks.

So it's been a heck of a week. This is my first day coming off the night shift for the last few days. I think I might be getting the hang of this.

Several things happened this week:

1. New Girl and Mindy project are BACK! My world is complete again.

2. It was my favorite brother's birthday yesterday.. Ok he's my only brother but if I had another brother he would be my favorite. Anyways. This kid is now 22. Nothing like your younger siblings getting older to make you feel real old. Some of my favorite memories of my little brother are memories of making him do embarrassing dance moves to Cher songs and chorographing most of the Aqua songs, you know the group that gave America the barbie girl song?!

In case you are wondering.. that is my brother's face on a sloth's body. I had my husband spend hours perfecting this on photoshop. We are a strange family, i'm aware.

3. I got to spend time with my dad this week. We celebrated his 61st birthday on Monday! It's a week of family birthdays!

4. I was made aware this week that i'm doing this concealer thing all wrong and this is the best concealer around. Do you see what time in the morning I was searching for this? All the glories of night shift, people.

I may be getting used to night shift, but my under eyes say something completely different. Yes, I kind of look crazy without concealer and lately I just look exhausted by the end of my shift. And YES, I will be spending $20 on concealer. I feel this is necessary.

5. This kitty kind of missed me this week. This was some snuggles before my night shift.

Oh thank goodness it's Friday. This weekend will consist of sleeping, chili's date with the hubs, and season 3 of NEW GIRL ON NETFLIX. My heart is overflowing with joy.

I hope you will be doing something amazing this weekend!

I want to know the following:

Do you watch New Girl or mindy project?!

What kind of concealer do you use?!

Any night shifters on here?
